1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using BookMint ("the Service"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service description
BookMint is a platform that allows you to create, edit, and export eBooks in PDF and EPUB formats. The Service includes a visual editor, Word import, professional fonts, and export to publication-ready formats.
3. Account and subscription
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and subscribe to a plan. Subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy and renew automatically according to the chosen plan (monthly or annual). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or from the Lemon Squeezy portal.
4. Credits and usage
Plans include a set number of premium exports (credits) per month. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month. Using the editor, preview, and import do not consume credits.
5. User content
You retain all rights to the content you create with BookMint. We do not claim ownership over your manuscripts, books, or designs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal, defamatory purposes or that infringe on third-party rights. You may not attempt to access systems outside your account or interfere with the operation of the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
